Detail & Quality
Polyurethane rubber, which we have developed independently to bring out the good texture of processed yarn products, has excellent stability of frictional force, wear resistance during high-speed operation, heat resistance, etc., and there is almost no variation between production lots. In addition, the DISC has a high-precision finished surface with high smoothness, and has a structure that can withstand high-speed rotation.
Superior heat resistance
#S90DISC has the best heat resistance among existing DISCs, and can withstand POY heated in the high temperature area of the heat zone.
In addition, the low coefficient of thermal expansion makes it possible to produce stable yarn with little variation.

Excellent twistability
#S90DISC, which has extremely high impact resilience, exhibits excellent twisting properties. Yarn with a "texture" with a high recovery rate is finished.
Moreover, because it retains high durability, it reduces costs in long-term production.
Rebound resilience rate (%)
Suppresses the decrease in hardness due to oils to an amazing 3% or less
The rate of change in hardness when immersed in oil is extremely small, and a stable twist can be obtained over a long period of time.
The weight change rate is also kept at the 4% level, making it a DISC at a level where there is no problem with durability.
